My Inspiration – Part 1

Throughout my journey so far, I have looked for quotes, pictures, videos and such to help keep me motivated and moving. Nothing like a little inspiration to maintain momentum. I want to share some of those on this page to help you with your motivation.

Let’s start with my number 1 inspiration and motivation for this journey, the love of my life, my wife Liz.  I love the life we have together and I don’t want to widow her with an early death on my part because I didn’t take my health seriously.

Next, this is one of the most motivational videos that will get the blood pumping.  I have played this when running and it always makes me go fast, longer and harder.
